SWIPE FOR A MIRACLE

In July of 2020, a loud cheer went through our offices in Mumbai and Amsterdam. It wasn’t for a birthday. It was for something way bigger: the B-Corp certification.

Certified B Corporations are leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Unlike other certifications for businesses, B Lab is unique in our ability to measure a company’s entire social and environmental impact. We are proud to be part of the list with the likes of Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, Rituals and Tony’s Chocolonely.

“Tiny Miracles had an amazing score related to impact. It is rare for companies to achieve such a high score related to business model”

– Hubertine Roessingh, Executive Director B Lab Benelux

More than ever, we’re committed to use the power of business to build a more inclusive society, where systemic poverty no longer exists.

TINY

MIGHTY

BUT

TINY

MIGHTY

BUT

OUR MISSION

WE DESIGN BEAUTIFUL PRODUCTS.

WE GET BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE TO MAKE THESE PRODUCTS

People who, through no fault of their own, happen to be stuck in never-ending cycles of poverty.

Together with our partners,

we sell these products to other beautiful people,

who understand that their lives are infinitely richer if fewer people are infinitely poorer.

It’s quite simple.
And beautiful.

It’s the most human thing ever.

Our Mission

Create confident,
liberated communities
through skills and
connections to caring
customers, and inspire
others along the way.

How we see the world

Tiny Miracles is transforming today’s unequal system by connecting consumers, corporations and NGOs on one side and extremely poor communities on the other side. Through our proven development programs and award-winning products, we can transform the way the world works.

PEOPLE HAVE
LIFTED
THEMSELVES OUT
OF POVERTY

tINY MIRACLES.

Growth Ambitions

We want to grow. We want to light a fire of empowerment that spreads around the world and lights up people’s lives. Our own growth is secondary to us, it is the growth of our message and what we stand for that is most important.

0

So far, we have exported 3 million products.

TM 2.0

We are currently moving from a proven ‘offline’ approach to a digital Tiny Miracles 2.0 to create a replicable, easily scalable model.

0

With TM 2.0, we aim to reach 30,000 people by 2023.

0

We aim to license TM 2.0 so other social entrepreneurs can help enable 1 million people to lift themselves out of poverty by 2030.

How digitisation can magnify the 3 drivers of our current success:

About our founder,

Laurien Meuter

To escape the poverty of one of the world’s largest slums, children need a miracle. Laurien Meuter and Pepe Heykoop offer them one…

For four generations, a community of traditional basket weavers sat along Mumbai roads and sold their goods…

The University of Groningen has chosen Laurien Meuter as Alumnus of the Year 2020, because she is impressively committed to the poorest women…

Save Soil

Listen to our founder, Laurien Meuter, talk to Yuri Jain, the Ashram of Sadghuru (yogi, mystic, and one of India’s 50 most influential people) about something really important: Soil.
